Your future job
Drive Croma-Pharma’s strategic expansion in key international markets
Develop, guide, and support distributors to elevate performance and regional success
Manage forecasts, monitor targets, and ensure strong business delivery
Negotiate and maintain robust distributor contracts
Continuously optimize commercial performance across your regions
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners
Conduct quarterly business reviews and align regional strategies
Collaborate across internal teams to achieve shared growth objectives
Lead high-impact product launches and strengthen our existing portfolio presence
Train distributors and their sales teams for commercial excellence
Ensure strict compliance with all corporate standards and processes

Your qualifications and skills
Completed university degree (business studies or similar)
A pro-active, passionate, and ambitious sales person with commercial awareness and strong intercultural business acumen
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong presentation skills
At least 5 years of experience in international sales & key account management with a proven sales track record, preferably for pharmaceutical, medical devices, or cosmetics manufacturers
Business fluent English, additonal languages are benefical
Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%)
Strategic and conceptual thinking, and an analytical skill set
A valid work permit for Austria
Please note that this position is located at our HQ in Austria, a fully remote option is not given
