Your future job
Shape and drive Croma-Pharma’s strategic growth in the aesthetic business across assigned international regions
Support, develop, and empower distribution partners in the assigned regions
Manage forecasts and monitor regional plan achievement
Negotiate, oversee, and maintain contract agreements
Monitor and optimize ongoing performance across assigned regions
Scout, evaluate, and acquire new distribution partners as needed
Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and align strategies
Collaborate across internal departments in a cross-functional environment to drive and achieve strategic goals within assigned regions
Lead and ensure the success of new product launches alongside existing portfolios
Train distribution partners and their sales teams to boost performance and knowledge
Execute all actions in strict compliance with corporate processes
Your qualifications and skills
Completed university degree (business studies or similar)
A pro-active, passionate, and ambitious sales person with commercial awareness and strong intercultural business acumen
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong presentation skills
At least 5 years of experience in international sales & key account management with a proven sales track record, preferably for pharmaceutical, medical devices, or cosmetics manufacturers
Business fluent English. Spanish language is a plus
Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%)
Strategic and conceptual thinking, and an analytical skill set
A valid work permit for Austria
Please note that this position is located at our HQ in Austria, a fully remote option is not given
