Your future job
Responsibility for sales and budget planning for specific countries with potential for growth, including monitoring of results and implementation of corrective measures.
Manage and coordinate product launches from planning to execution.
Handle the forecasting process for assigned accounts with a high level of accuracy.
Contribute to improving sales processes and workflows.
Support the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and performance tracking.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities globally
Participation in relevant conferences, events and meetings
Support the sales team in client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
Build strong, long-term business relationships with partners
Pro-active accounts receivable management of international alliance partners
Presentation of the company to customers and partners
Training of alliance partners and their sales teams
Recording and appropriate internal forwarding of known product defects and adverse events

Your qualifications and skills
Completed university degree (business studies or similar)
First practical experience (at least 2-3 years) in sales, marketing or project coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
Comfortable working in an international environment.
Good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

Your asset
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Familiarity with Power BI or similar data analytics tools
High level of personal responsibility, reliability, and flexibility
Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking abilities
Strong process orientation with a focus on solutions and innovation
Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

We offer
Collective agreement for the chemical industry, 38 hours a week - the minimum gross salary according to the CA is EUR 47.532,24 for this position. The actual salary depends on the specific qualification and experience.
