Your future job
Develop and execute global brand, portfolio and product strategies for our orthopaedics business
Lead international product launches and support innovation projects from concept to commercialization
Create impactful global marketing materials, campaign concepts and sales support tools
Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities and business opportunities
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access and R&D
Represent Croma Pharma and our orthopaedics portfolio at international congresses, meetings and industry events
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, customers, distributors and internal stakeholders worldwide
Deliver product training and support medical education and commercial excellence initiatives

Your qualifications and skills
Experience in marketing, brand management or product management, ideally in medical technology, pharma, biotech or Orthopaedics
Several years of experience in marketing, brand management or product management, ideally in orthopaedics, medical devices, pharma or biotech
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
International mindset and willingness to travel globally

Your asset
Experience in an international matrix organization
Background in orthopaedics, sports medicine, regenerative medicine or adjacent healthcare categories
Exposure to global launch preparation, portfolio development and downstream marketing execution
Experience collaborating with sales teams, medical affairs, regulatory and external partners
This role is also well suited for high-potential candidates stepping up from a country or regional marketing role into a global position

We offer
Collective agreement for the chemical industry, 38 hours a week - the minimum gross salary according to the CA is EUR 59.781,96 for this position. The actual salary depends on the specific qualification and experience.
